tracking Windows 8 number of activations

Question
-
Hello all,
I need to track how many times a specific Windows 8
Pro key has been activated.I have suspicions that the key was compromised and
used on a completely different machine. Is there a tool that will get this info?
Thanks in advance.

There is a Tool for MAK-keys, Volume Activation Management Tool (VAMT) 3.0 that supports Windows 8 keys. VAMT 3.0 is a part of Windows ADK that you can find here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30652
I use this tools to keep track on all our MAK-keys. You can add Retail keys aswell, but they don't work the same way hence don't have a "remaining activation count".
Sorry for only posting partial keys ;-)

I am afraid that this is out of your range. Ask at the Microsoft Activation center (MSAC). Give MSAC more information on type of your license.

The volume activation management tool (vamt) allows you to see how many time a MAK key has been used.
