Did you mean you can’t see SFB user photo in SFB client now?
Did this issue only appear on the specific client in your environment?
For this issue, please try to make sure your SFB client with the latest update and then please try to delete SFB cache files
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
This issue may be caused by synchronization issues, so after you migrating to SFB server, we suggest you run the command in SFB management shell check if CMS has the latest update.
