Outlook 2010 junk mail filtering RRS feed

  • Does the Outlook 2010 junk email filter have some type of capacity limit.  I have experienced the following two problems;

    1. Legitimate addresses I have received mail from for years start being classified as junk.  I can mark them as often as I wish as "safe" and "do not block" and nothing changes.

    2. Addresses I  specify as junk, keep being interpreted as safe mail.  Again, no efforts on my part have any effect.

    Any reason for the junk mail filters to "quit" doing their job?  Thank you in advance for any help.
