Can't activate Windows Server 2012 R2

Question
-
Hello Guys,
i have the following problem:
Installed Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Eval. (no access to msdn)
Try to activate with our key - not working
Try to activate via dism /online /set-edition:serverstandard /productkey:... /accepteula -> Not working error 50
Output: Can not activate windows to the given edition.
Check via: dism /online /get-targetedition -> Output: ServerDatacenter
Try via KMS Key https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started/kmsclientkeys -> worked
Change to our key -> not working (Found this workaround or solution here https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1961098-windows-2012-r2-standard-key-not-working)
Installed same server as new system with another image from our service provider (Same version):
Activate via KMS -> not working
Activate with Key -> not working
I have no idea.
Thank's for your help!

Hi Sebastian,
Firstly make sure you are connected to the Internet and that the firewall is not blocking anything.
If you are using a KMS key that needs to be installed on a KMS server it won't work directly.
Also make sure you installed the correct version of Server 2012R2 - some ISOs give you the option to install Standard or Datacenter
If it still fails, you'll have to call Microsoft support for them to verify the license key is correct or issue you a new one. Contacting wherever you bought the volume license may be easier than calling Microsoft directly - they may know who best to call to handle licensing issues.
Kind regards,
LeonPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.

Try to activate with our key - not working
If your key is an OEM key then the distribution media would have to come from the OEM provider.

Hello Guys,
thank you for the replys.
It a internet connection required to activate the windows server. This server dosn't have a internet connection.
So the iso file are 1. from msdn (provided by business partner) and 1 eval downloaded after requested from microsoft evaluation center.

For the 2012 R2 MSDN download you can try phone activation. From Run box;
slui 4
For the 2012 R2 evaluation download you'll need to provide an internet connection long enough for activation to complete, then you can disconnect from internet for the rest of 180 day evaluation.
