  • Question

  • Hi,

Kindly advice if there are still info I need to input.

These are the dependent files that we can't register.

ImagR6.DLL - was loaded but the entry-point dllregisterserver was not found make sure that the IMAGR6.dll is valid dll or OCX and try again

    ImagX6.dll - failed to load

    ImagXpr6.dll - failed to load

    Will appreciate your help.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

According to your description, I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue:

    1 Reinstall the program

2 Use SFC /Scannow to check if any system files were corrupted

3 Try to copy imagr6.dll, imagx6.dll, imagxpr6.dll from anther PC and registry these files:

    regsvr32 /s imagr6.dll

    regsvr32 /s imagx6.dll

    regsvr32 /s imagxpr6.dll

4 Stop and enable ActiveX Installer Service

    Hope that helps.

  • Hi,

    File picn20.dll is missing!

    You need this file.

    Check with your distribution.
