  • Question

  •  I am running windows 10.  After a required up date a week ago, all of my mp4  videos quit working and when I am in my email I   Instead of videos playing, I get a class not registered message. I didn't have these problems before the update from Microsoft.  What's going on and how do I fix it?

If you use the Movie Maker play the MP4 files, I suggest that we could try reinstall it or we could try use VLC.

Hope it will be helpful to you
