I upgraded to Outlook 365 Business Premium but it won't sync up with my Sage 50 Cloud Premium Accounting software RRS feed

  • When will I be contacted about my outstanding issue with Outlook Business Premium not connecting with my Sage 50 Cloud software?  A gentleman named Magness was looking into it for me.  He said he needed to have a sales engineer contact me.  The inability to connect with Sage 50 Cloud may be because I have not received an e-mail from Microsoft that contains a key code for my Outlook 365.  At least that seems to be the opinion of the Sage 50 Cloud Support chat line.

    Either way I upgraded to Outlook 365 Business Premium from the Home and Student version I purchased in September 2019 because my Sage 50 Cloud software requires it if I want to do cloud backups and remote connection to clients.  At this point I can't do either of those tasks despite paying $12.50 per month for Outlook 365 Business Premium and nearly $800 for the Sage 50 Cloud accounting software.
