  • Hi All,

I 've the following error when i tried to connect a polycom cx600 via usb to a user notebook. This is a new phone model deployment.

Error message: Cannot download certificate because domain is not accessible. If the problem continues, contact your support team.

    1) test logon with: a)username@mydomain.com, b)mydomain.com\username (via lync client)

    2) update device version to 4.0.7577.4047 from 4.0.7576.0

    3) wipe user settings and factory refresh on the polycom

  • I'm having trouble understanding how all four of those posts are 'answers'?  The OP has not replied and each response is a list of links or proposals.
