Windows 7 installed on hp pavilion dv4: BSOD RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello, I recently installed windows 7 on my HP Pavilion dv4 laptop, but I get the BSOD even if I reinstall. I know the .dmp can can explain what's going with the computer, but I have no idea what to do with it. Can anyone help me?

This is the most recent .dmp from the BSOD:

I am unable to get much information from the dump file so I recommand that you proceed like that:
    • Use memtest86+ to check that you don't have problems with your RAM. If it detects an error then replace the faulty one.
    • Update all possible drivers
