comparing Laserfiche doc mgmt capabilities to SharePoint RRS feed

  • We're pitching a client on SharePoint and a key factor is the ease of use and robust functionality of document management.  The client has used Laserfiche in the past and seems doubtful that SharePoint can offer the rich feature set of Laserfiche re: doc mgmt.  Any arguments out there as to how they compare and why SharePoint is the best choice?  We know very little about Laserfiche and feel less than well armed to argue the case.

    Base on my research, Laserfiche have provided a good content management, document imaging, records management.
    SharePoint could manage document and give permission for each document. SharePoint is not only a document management system. Some services like Excel Services, InfoPath Services, and Reporting Services all have good integration with SharePoint. And we can also get and send emails in SharePoint.
