hi ,

I am using share point 2007 (out of box) .

is it possible to create folders in the lists ?? I am not able to see any option to create folders in the lists ??

Hi Prashanth,

You have to enable the folder creation option from

List Settings > Advanced Settings > Folders

Select "YES" for Display "New Folder" command on the New menu?

HI,

By default, the New Folder menu appears in libraries, but does not appear in lists by default unless it is enabled by the person who owns the list.

Follow the below link to enable it.
