Message tracking for end user is not showing in OWA after 2016 CU 2 RRS feed

  • Hello Team,

    I would like to know if there is any changes made related to message tracking for end user after CU 2 update in exchange 2016. I am able to see in exchange CU1.

    Any response would be highly appreciated.

    What specifically are you referring to? You mean delivery reports?

    CU2 is extremely old, so CU15 should be installed ( CU14 at worst)

    It is suggested to upgrade your Exchange server to the latest CU first.

    Here is the download address: Cumulative Update CU15 for Exchange Server 2016 (KB4522150)

    After upgrading your server successfully, check the feature you mentioned again and give more detailed description or information about your question above.
