  • What is the physical specs of the system?

Make/Model does it have redundant power supplies?

    Any new drivers installed?

    Any new memory installed?

If i had to make an educated guess.. i would bet this is an HP server, and it is a power issue or bad back plane.. which they are notorious for having..
