  • Question

  • Dear Team,

    Does it support :

Our Upstream SUP having WSUS 3.2 Version and our Downstream Server having WSUS 4.0 Version (In Windows 2012 Server ) – So the synchronization compatibility will support or not.

  • KB2734608 has to be installed on your WSUS server 3.2 at-least to get the sync work perfectly the Microsoft didn't officially neither support it not deny it but it would definitely work for you. May be some unknown issues there but it would support the downstream sync.

  • Dear Sir,

There is not required that they must using the same version of WSUS.

To support windows 10 upgrade, you might need to use WSUS 4.0 with additional required hotfix installed.

    Best regards

    Frank
