Allow zip files with warning message from specified domains SBS 2008 Exchange 2007 RRS feed

  • I have been asked to put a policy in place that will allow zip files to be allowed from certain senders. 

    By default this is blocked and the sender gets no bounce. 

    I would like to create a rule that would allow for  *@domain.com to send zip files into the network and display a warning message to the receivers that it could contain virus. Or something similar.

    I have done this in the past cant remember how its done on a SBS 2008 server I thought it was in shell. However everything i have read states to use a transport role. 

    Any help appreciated.

    Welcome to our forum.

    By default, we could not achieve it in Exchange 2007, we suggest you upgrade Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013, then we could use “Message policy and compliance” to meet your needs, please refer to the following link:
