    Hi,

    After backing up in .pst format and restoring back to outlook (the file is .outlookdata), all folders (Yahoo) and all labels (gmail) are missing however the actual is in outlook if I search by subject or emails. I cannot find my folders and Labels which some specific emails had been moved there.

    How can I see my folder and labels when I restore back to outlook?

    Hi,

    What version of Microsoft Outlook are you using? What type of email account are you using, POP3 or IMAP?

    Can you see the folders/labels if you open the .pst files directly in your Outlook? To do this, go to File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File. Browse to the .pst file and click Open.
