  • Do you have any messages or errors?  Have you checked the event logs?  Have you checked the setup logs?

  • I do have same problem:

    What does mean "reinstall role without deleting server folder"?

    It is standard installation and I am doing nothing

  • If you have installed the role in the past and remove it for whatever reason it leaves behind serverfolders.  When you try to add it again it will fail creating serverfolders because they are already there

  • It is a brand new installation of windows server 2012 rc2 essentials.
    HDD was formated.
    every time stuck at 60% without any further information.

  • You should probably start a new thread/question as this one is marked answered and you may get more views.

    Tells us exactly, you say fresh install.  Is it standalone, joined to another domain etc.

  • Can you check the event viewer

    Application and services logs-> Microsoft->Server essentials->Deployment
