  • Question

  • Hi all

Not sure if this is an issue or not. However I have a user here who is trying to send recurrence meetings. However the date range that is entered keeps changing.  For example. - 12/6/17 (12th June 2017) first Monday of every 3 months . However the Range of recurrence always changes to start on the 4/9/2017.  (4th September 2017)  Not sure if I have explain ot well. Please see attached screenshot.

    Thanks

  • Hi TheHunter85,

    Sorry for keeping you waiting.

Does this issue only occur to the particular user?
What if creating a new profile and see if the issue continues?

Besides, to help narrow down the issue, please try to start his Outlook in safe mode (Press Win + R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and check if there will be any improvement.

    Best regards,
