Strange error and no 1511 upgrades with code: FilterInappropriateOSUpgrade failed, hr=80240FFF

Question
-
After i got WSUS update patch for Win10 clients and downloaded Upgrades, our windows 10 clients stops updating itself and producing the same error. (see below). I added the esd mimetype, uninstalled and reinstalled WSUS (all files deleted and redownloaded) but no luck. Google find NOTHING about that :(
