  • Hi,


    I am getting DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE ERROR after reboot.

  • It's hard to say without seeing any dumps. Propably a device or a wrong driver is causing the problem.

    Verify that you have the latest drivers installed on your computer.

    If you can upload  the dump files here, we can better analyze this situation.

    System --> Advanced system settings --> the Advanced tab --> Startup and Recovery

  • We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.  
    We prefer at least 2 DMP files to spot trends and confirm the cause.
