Internet Explorer won't load

Question
-
What is dw20.exe? When I try to use Internet Explorer this comes up and won't load. When I click on don't allow another window pops up with this information in it. Process ID=0x11f8 (4600), Thread ID=0x14a8 (5288). What does this mean and how do I get rid of it so that I can use Internet Explorer. Right now i'm using Google Chrome. Also the last couple of weeks IE whites out and I have to reload and sometimes have to open my task manager. My antivirus program reports that everything is good. Is dw20.exe a file from Microsoft Corporation?

Please see and follow carefully:
"Internet Explorer does not start or stops responding".
And: "When you start Internet Explorer, it opens, flashes, and then closes immediately".
If still no joy try RIES "How to Reset Internet Explorer settings".
If the issue persists...
1. Please follow to the letter all the directions in this thread: How to get rid of malware
1a. You may have to use a non-infected computer for any downloads specified below, until your malware is removed. Use a USB Pen drive or burn to CD or other means to carry the necessary utilities to the infected computer and copy to the Desktop.
