  • guys,

    i cannot download through my certified trainer account. called support, but they are not avaible. Chat option isnt available...am getting a windows xp gold bar notification althoug i am using w7.

    Meanwhile, You can change document mode as IE 9 to check the issue: 

    Fix common IE problems: Update your docmode for web standards.

    According your description, I suggest you add the site to the Trusted sites, firstly.

    Also, I suggest you can try the other Brower to check the result.

  • trusted site didn't do the trick, deinstalling the download software also didnt solve the problem.

    pitty there is no spock for microsoft/mct problems. called the local officed, mailed several support options but all of them are saying...we cannot help you, we are not authorized...

    i also noticed that, when i my mct account, the e-schop isn't working(http://www.freebits.nl/images/102e_store.jpg). Its directing me to the following link:

  • also, tried downloading from my freshly installed 8.1 notebook.am gettind the addon notification 3 times, after acknoliging, the websites resets everything backa gain(need to choose the language and the product i would like to download again, really annoying) and than it actually starts....although i cannot create a new map through the download manager.
