Not connected to network RRS feed

  • After troubleshooting, problem found is: the DNS server isn't responding. Can't give feedback because I don't have internet. What can I do?

    According to the error you provided, we could try change the DNS server address manually. Please refer to the link below to follow the steps.

    If the issue still insists, we could check the IP and Winsock, follow the commands in the order to reset the settings.

    •Open command prompt with Admin privilege.

     (For Win 10, right click on Start button > click Command Prompt (Admin))

     (For Win 7 and Win 8, click Start > type cmd inside search window > right click on the result which show command prompt > click Run as administrator)

    •Use the commands in following order

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /registerdns

    netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

    netsh winsock reset

    Then we could reboot to check.
