Out of Office issue in outlook 2013 RRS feed

    Hi Everyone,

    Can someone help me to resolve Out of Office issue in outlook 2013.

    Issue: when we set out of office through outlook 2013 and sent a test mail,we received OOO reply with symbol "???" while when we set out of office through OWA and sent a test mail,we received OOO reply normally (without symbol "???").

    Hi Syed,

    If you send a usual message, will the same issue occur?

    You could follow the suggestion of Victor to see if the languages Of Outlook and Windows are the same.

    Please first check the encoding way of this message. Open this message and then go to Messages tab > Actions > Other Actions > Encoding. Change it to Unicode(UTF -8) or Western European(Windows) to see the result.

    Problems with the display of strange characters in the message can be traced back to both the sender's encoding setting, and the recipient's current display settings in new message window. 

    You could also go to File > Options > Advanced > International options. Check the encoding setting and then verify result again.
