Hello
After running the udate SharePoint 2010 Service Pack 2, is it required to run the configuration wizard? I have always done this before. But i love a confirmation.

HI,yes.you must run configuration wizard after you install the Service Pack or any CU to update the DB.Please check the link that explains more in details and shows with example of installation of Sp2.
