Huge calls on CQD report - Quite not clear about the metrics/measurements RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Experts,

One of our customer raised the query that they can see very large amount of calls every month in CQD report.

According to the below screenshot of ‘Audio Streams Monthly Trend’ which goes beyond 1 million calls for certain months.  Partner is quite not clear about the X-axis as it just says ‘CALLS’.

Partner wanted to know is it a total number of Audio calls made in a month by the users in the org or some other transactions also come into play here. Any pointers would be of great help.

  • Hi SBHV,

“Audio Streams Monthly Trend” report shows the monthly trend for all audio streams. Moving the mouse over the bars in a bar chart will show a more detailed view of the data represented by the bar chart. Clicking on the title of the Audio Streams Monthly Trend report will navigate to the “Managed vs Unmanaged Audio Streams” report, where the reports are split between Managed and Unmanaged calls.

This Report shows the monthly audio streams count, poor count, and poor ratio. There are no filters applied so the data is what is contained in the QOE Database. Audio calls made over wireless and external networks can cause poor call rates to go up. To find the root cause of the poor calls, drill into the data by clicking on the title of the report!
