  • Hello,

  • Hi San,

    Thank you for your question.

In addition Ed’s suggestion, please check if there is NDR when email was sent in external and the internal could not receive.

We could rebuild the Edge subscription to check if the issue persist:

  • Can you check your Exchange server. Maybe it's blocking domain names of some external mails, maybe recognizing them as a spam. Check server logs

    Hi San,

When you could receive external email, please check if there are any errors in application log and post them for our troubleshooting.

In addition, please post email head information which you have restart Exchange transport service to receive email.

    Best Regard,

    Jim

  • Hello Santa,

As suggested by Ed checking Event log can isolate the scenario.

    Please follow the steps below

    1: Check the event logs

2: Check the Remote connectivity Analyzer https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

Under Internet Email test -> Outbound SMTP Email

3: Check if you are getting any NDR if yes, please let us know the NDR

4: Please restart the MS Exchange Trnasport Service.

    Regards,

    Praveen
