  Have a look at the MSDN documentation on Network Policy Server -> Server Data Objects: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb960722(VS.85).aspx

   

  There are examples of how to add RADIUS clients on there (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb960606(VS.85).aspx and http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb960607(VS.85).aspx) as well as how to perform other SDO tasks.
