MS Project Online - Prevent Users from Over-riding the Administration Task Description when adding a new Task to their timesheet RRS feed

  • We are running MS Project 2013 online and want to prevent the users from editing any descriptions of any Administration Tasks that they add to their timesheet. 

    This is on the Timesheet screen, Add Row, Add Non-Project Line and the following screen appears.  We do NOT want the user to change the text in Yellow.

  • Hi Steve,

    No it is not possible by a simple configuration to lock the admin lines description. It would require to develop some custom code.
