    Hello,

    I have configured a SIP trunk between Cisco CallManager 9.1 and Lync server 2010.

     The users answer and make SIP call by Lync.

    When the user answer a SIP call by Lync , if the another call entry, the telephone and Lync ringing.

    It is possible configure lync or cisco in such a way that when a user respond to the lync on the phone there is busy signal ?

    Hi,

    Actually, you can reject the call of caller by pressing the key and the caller will receive a busy signal.

    Alternatives to busy signal and dial tone are the redirect function on a busy signal, automatic callback, or the use of a voice mailbox.
