Call Park in Lync 2010 RC RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have created a call park group and using the get-cscallparkorbit PS command the following is returned

    Identity           : Parking Lot
    NumberRangeStart   : #100
    NumberRangeEnd     : #110
    CallParkServiceId  : ApplicationServer:svr-lync-fe-01.domain.com
    CallParkServerFqdn : svr-lync-fe-01.domain.com

    It is a standard edition server with mediation and everyting else seems to be functioning fine. However users do not have the Parking Lot option on thier call transfer menu.

    Any Ideas?

  • In addition, Call Park must be enabled in the Voice Policy of these users. By default, it's off.

    The Call Park applicationis a component of Enterprise Voice i.e. the users must be enabled for EV.
