Not sure if this is the right place for this.
I woke up today to a message saying my microsoft account had been locked, I've had it for close to 8 years as my primary email address. I used my phone number to try and recover the account and they flat out didn't
send me a message, and so after multiple attempts i tried answering their questionnaire, they decided i was lying and have permanently locked it. I need that account and don't know what to do, nowhere on their website is there an option to talk to an actual
person, same goes for calling their technical support it always links me back to the website. Please i would appreciate any help, or direction to somewhere i can find help.
