  • Create a hang dump of the Tool pangolin.exe:

    compress the crash dump as 7z or RAR and upload it to your SkyDrive and post the link here.

  • If this is a software you installed, please confirm its compatibility with the software manufacturer. If the software is fully compatible with Windows 7, you can uninstall and then reinstall it to check the result.
