    Hi,

    I have been working on creating some new Tasks for Incident management and was able to with no issues. I started to work on Service Request fulfillment today and noticed I am not able to create tasks. How do you create tasks for Service Request fulfillment?

    Did you use console for basic task creation? or visual studio for custom task.

    Hi,

    VS not necessary for basic task creation. For SR, just select service request class.
