  • Hi,

    According to the event log, I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue:

    1 : I would suggest you try to boot into safe mode and check if it loads to desktop:


    2: Place the computer in clean boot and check if any third party software or driver is causing the issue:


     Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to put the computer to start as usual as mentioned in Step 7 in the above KB article.

    3 : You can also try running chkdsk on the computer and check.

    1.      Click on start.
    2.      Type cmd in start search box.
    3.       Right click on cmd.exe in the Program list and then select the option Run as administrator.
    4.      If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
    5.      In the command prompt window, type the following command and press enter Chkdsk /f /R
    6.        Press Y when you are prompted to check the disk the next time that the system restarts.
    7.      Close all applications, and then restart the computer.
