Dialing an extension in an IVR? RRS feed

  • I'm trying to create an interactive response group, but I don't see a way to allow the user to dial an extension.

    For example:

    Hello thanks for calling, dial an extension if you know it, or listen to these choices:

    Press 1 for sales

    Press 2 for support

  • You have to implement the IVR in Exchange UM to enable extension dialing, RGS is not capable of dial by extension.
