Hi, I have Jabra BT3030 Bluetooth headset which has worked for me under Vista and Seven Beta. however now that I have upgraded Vista to Seven RC1 then it has stopped. Please note that it uses MS drivers only.
What I can repeatedly produce is a correct bluetooth pairing followed by an "Connecting your BT3030 to the Audio Gateway" followed by nothing. The device remains paired but does appear as an audio device.
Removal and re-pairing does not resolve the issue.
l am pairing on a Lenovo X61 tablet, at the same time my Windows Mobile phone continues to work correctly with the BT3030.AlSki
There have been a handful of reports to this effect, suggesting that the driver model has changed enough between the Windows 7 beta and the RC to cause some unexpected adverse behavior. I'd recommend trying the Windows XP drivers on a lark. If they don't work, you could try running them under XP Mode - failing that, you'll probably have to wait for a revision from Microsoft.-Alex
