Server 2012r and Office 2016 Professional RRS feed

  • Can you load the program Microsoft Office 2016 Professional on Windows Server 2012r and be able to access it on workstations, thereby only needing one copy of office 2016?

  • Hi,

    Assuming the server is on-premises you would need a Office 2016 Professional Plus license for each workstation that will be used to connect and run Office on the server.  This is in addition to the RDS and Windows Server CALs that are required.
