constantly crashing

Help! Computer is constantly crashing - about every 45 minutes. Began about 4 months ago after loading a Microsoft update (not sure this is cause), also after accessing computer from overseas (Spain). Always lists code which begins "FFFFF8......................" Would be forever grateful if anyone can help.

Hi,

I would like suggest you try to start the PC in Safe Mode.

If the issue would not persis in Safe Mode, you can perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program:
