MP for Hyper-V 2008 R2 in SCOM 2012 R2

  Generally a lot of the management packs written for 2007 will work in 2012.  Since you are looking to monitor what is now a legacy product, I would doubt you will see an updated MP with updates for SCOM 2012.  I would just install the MP that was made for 2007 and verify it provides the data you are looking for.

  There are several MP's, get the latest here:

  Check the guides, if they are only for SCOM 2012 R2 or also for other Versions. In general SCOM 2012 R2 is able also to use MPs which are written for SCOM 2007.

  There is also an Extension MP fro Hyper-V from codeplex which you might want to check
