Reset Password permission of all users in an OU to a user.

Question
-
I have a user called user1. I have an OU called Trainees. Now I want to assign reset password permission and add/ delete users to user1, so that he can reset password of all users and add/delete users in the Trainees OU. I want user1 to be able to do only these two tasks in Trainees OU only. How do I do that?
Thanks and Regards, Radhakrishnan

Hello,
delegate control on the OU for the users, better create and use a security group instead that contains the user accounts, is the way to go, details are in:

You have to use AD Delegation
