My windows 8 desktop is pissing me off seriously,Every time I try to start task manager It loads...then it says not responding.If I trying going to the action center and click on something it says not responding...Then When I click on goggle chrome it doesn't
even show up.When I turn of my computer it doesn't even shutdown...but the screen does.
I tried to go to msconfig and do a clean boot,but It doesn't even load,If I put my mouse at the bottom were the start bar is it'll have a little circle as if its still trying to load...
Now the Shutdown button isn't doing anything.
