    Hi, I have a user that manages an inbox for a calendar room. When she creates a meeting for the room, notifications are sent to her when others accept the meeting request. But she has also given permissions to another inbox to manage the room. So whenever this other user creates a meeting and people accept it, the original creator of the inbox receives notifications about it, which she doesn't want. I tried setting up a rule to filter out the notifying emails, but that didn't work. I can try to clarify if necessary. Thanks!

    How did she give permissions to another user to manage the room? Did you do it in Outlook via Account Settings > Delegate Access? If this is the case, please make sure that the "My delegates only" option is selected for the "Deliver meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer to:" option.
