    There does not appear to be a way to branch based on inspection of single line input columns.  For example, say I have a  single line column (which allows free form input) and I want to branch based on the exact match to a value or if a string is contained. Any way to do this?

    If not, any way to stop a particular question from showing up unless I'm a specific user. What about about with Javascript?

    If not, how about adding more options based on who the user is?

    Hi JCNET,

    You can create a Data View Web Part use this survey as the data source > Select all questions and Insert Selected Fields as New Item Form and then add target audiences (specific users/group) for this Web Part.
    And then create another data view web part and select part of the questions need response by other users, and insert the fields as new item form. Then set the rest users/groups in the target audiences.
