New Version of OSD Helper.

  After some testing new version of OSD Helper has been uploaded at

  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=210688. It is always advisable to make backup of preference.ini file

  Few New Features

  1. Adds OS tags in OSD files during sprj cleanup process
  2. updated copy process
  3. Import Me local: allows to launch applications without the need to publish it on any server.
  4. New Configuration GUI (Still lot of work needs to be done on it)
  5. Updated cleanup process.

  Fixed few bugs and added few more (purely unintentional ;)).
