    One week ago, my computer's(windows 7 32bit) usb suddenlly stop working.so, i tried to safely remove the hardware that attached on my computer that time but it didn't show out the massage. then i tried to restart(SAFE MODE) the computer, but it can't shut down.....it stuck at the shut down screen.....so, i had restart unsafe mode....then, windows shows me the report....every day, i turn on my computer...i will face this problem.....PLS HELP ME......

  • ok, so we have the cause. The incompatible wireless device is causing the USB issue.

    When bluescreen happens, you should looking for BCCode value which stands for bugcheck value, it usually indicates the issue.

    In your case, the bugcheck value 0xfe stands for an error has occurred in a Universal Serial Bus (USB) driver. Please look for details information on MSDN website (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff560407%28VS.85%29.aspx). There are plenty solutions available on their website, depends on the conditions of your computer.

    Do you have all drivers install for your motherboard? Which USB devices do you have connected to the USBHub?

  • two weeks ago, i change my computer to windows 7....I hv a Wireless Adapter that only support windows XP and Vista....i found a windows 7 driver of the wireless adapter.....after using the wireless adapter for 1week..the problem came out...................N the wireless adapter is connect externally out of my computer....sure, connect using USB....
