  • Question

  • Hi All,

I've create a response group (IVR)

However, when I look for that response group on the GAL. It appears as offline and is not working

    Any Ideas?

  • Hi,Jose,

Would you please check if you have enabled Enterprise Voice when you define the Front End server in Topology Builder ,if you have Response group application will be installed by default after you run the setup and remove components in Lync deployment wizard and you will see Lync response group service starting in the service managemnent console; If no please enable Enterprise Voice in Front End properties ,publish the topology then rerun setup or remove components in deployment wizard and check it again.

If not the cause please make sure the response group is not a newly-created one, otherwise it will take some time to synchronize the address book to client, you may need have a look at this article.
