  • Having trouble with Win XP Pro. Reinstalled using product Key and pushed R to repair system When computer reboots I receive a message ( Mirosoft needs to authorize product key.  Do you want to do this? Yes or No.  I hit yes and my computer goes to my background page and nothing else appears. No start button or anything else. Have tried to reboot from CD but nothing happens. Need to some how get to Microsoft to accept the product key which is good.  Spoke to Microsoft rep earlier today who validated my software but could not help me. Transfered me to a Tecki who never answered the phone after 1 1/2 hours.  Any suggestion.
