Windows 7 suddenly shows "This computer is not running genuine windows" RRS feed

  • Question

  • A workstation in our office running in Windows 7 professional 32 bit, suddenly shows  "This computer is not running genuine windows" (nothing was installed, no update/KB was applied)

We tired the method in the link https://support.microsoft.com/zh-hk/help/2553108

    The token was successfully rebuilt,

then we found that under Windows property, we can input the key again,

we have input the OEM key which stick on the hardware ( we have checked with MS tel support the key is valid), and the key can be activated successfully.

However, after all the above process,  the pop up message appeared again after rebooting the workstation.

Is there any advice on how to solve the problem?

    Thank you!!
