WSUS 3.0 SP2 Sever data drive is filling up with 99.9 Gb of Data. I have run the Server Cleanup Wizard each day this week and it is not giving me but a couple of MB of free space.
Correct. It's not going to unless you do the required administrative tasks before running the Server Cleanup Wizard.
What can be deleted to free up space?
Removing unneeded update approvals.
